LUF100430 Crankshaft Rear Oil Seal

Fits both 300TDI and 2.8 version of the same. NOTE: ERR 6811 gasket no longer required - use STC50550 sealant only.
This MWM International LUF100430 rear oil seal is of superior quality to current Land Rover and replacement seals available elsewhere. With this MWM International rear oil seal the seal lip runs in the correct place on the seal journal of the crankshaft and has additional dust sealing.
There are 2 bolt hole locations due to the fact that this seal is used in an alternative application (2.8) , these holes can be disregarded or utilised if desired.
This type of LUF100430 seal has proven in service to be substantially more reliable both in our own production and by many of our trade and retail customers who have switched to this type of seal due to reliability issues of other seals available elsewhere. If you notice oil leaking from the engine, it is likely to be caused by the crankshaft rear oil seal.

I purchased a seal from Turners. I fitted it and used the extra holes.. I previously fitted a seal from another company and it leaked almost immediately. Turner's seal cured this problem. I found products, delivery and customer service excellent.
