block was in the machine shop getting bored, decked, hot tanked, after two sets of cam bearings that would require very expensive "reaming" to allow cam installation, I decided to try the Turner Engineering one and although listed as "pre-finished" the cam fit perfectly with no additional machining, saves several hundred dollars (I am in Canada)

Fits perfectly,but still hard to get in. Make sure there's no sharp edges in your block when fitting.
