Knowledgeable, helpful and great to deal with. I ordered and the delivery was 'next day', the packaging was strong and in perfect condition, the cylinder head and all parts were exactly as described, now all fitted and runnng.

ordered new cylinder head & fitting kit for a defender td5 just before 4pm..
by 4.30 an email to confirm it had been despatched...
delivered to my local workshop by lunchtime the following day!
can't yet comment on performance as only just fitted...

If I want anything proper engine wise, always my first port of call. One assumes, on the basis that they use the stuff they sell in their own engines, that the products should be good quality.

Tuners customer service is excellent, 1st rate. Parts great. DHL in Australia was the let down, 30 hours from Surry to Brisbane great fantastic. From there..it was another story. However they did with encouragement manage to make for lost time.

I was very unsure of parts and repairs i wanted to order, in Australia they all told me my 4.6 engine was u/s, But Frida explained that Turners Ductile liner will fix my leaking block/liners. I am now getting all my parts from here, great service and advice, I really appreciated it. Also I can not beleive how quick I received my first order to Austraila.

I reached out to Turner with a question on a part that I purchased from another distributor. The folks at Turner took the time to answer my question in detail, and then continued to help me trouble-shoot the issue with the part. Come to find out the part from the other distributor was not as advertised. I will only look to Turner Engineering for LR parts from this point forward - outstanding service, technical knowhow, and a joy to deal with!

Turner Engineering is the one and only place for me to get Land Rover engine parts. Exceptional costumer service with very quick, complete and detailed response to any questions. Knowledgeable crew that will really stand on their toes to get your trouble fixed. They will only sell you quality parts as they do not do junk. Allways a good stock so parts are useually shipped next day and in most cases at my door in Holland the second day after ordering. Not the cheapest but worth every penny!

I've placed a few orders with Turners now. Orders are processed and posted EXTREMELY quickly. Top quality, tried and tested by them, parts supplied. I've called to discuss a few items and the service/customer care is SUPERB.
