Parts arrived damaged due to inadequate packaging. Turners not interested in doing anything about it. Head is usable with a little work but I paid over £700 for an item which has arrived in less than perfect condition through no no fault of mine and yet it seems neither Turners nor the carrier will suffer any consequences. Good old British customer service, I guess.

Your e mail was received early evening at 19.03, we responded 8.07 the following morning.
The damage was insignificant howsoever caused and easily rectified without affecting fit, function or purpose. The advice given was based on experience and practicality. Most customers want to get on and fit their parts without further delay.
Should you not have accepted our opion/advice we would have replaced the product quite happily, we were not given this opportunity.
