Shipping was a little expensive, cant speak for the quality as haven't fitted them yet. But they look quality parts and they arrived quickly. Would buy from turner again.

The items listed below were all received in good condition.
I want to recommend that the review should not be on some but on all of the items of the order to avoid confusion on what was shipped for in those cases where the delivery address is not the final destination of the items.

Really speedy delivery but had issue with a head gasket being bent in the packaging deforming the fire ring when delivered. Emailed Turners and they sent a replacement no question or quibbles when I was asking what the best course of action would be. Unfortunately the second one was damaged even worse despite being marked "Do not bend". Perhaps better packaging or delivery company are required?

Excellent quick despatch from Turners, but let down by slow DHL. Cylinder head looks good and now fitted seems to pull much stronger when towing a heavy trailer. Pleased.

Shipping is DHL Express service and generally at cost. After Covid both New Zealand and Australia have less commercial flights to take commercial freight therefore often DHL have to hire extra planes to take their freight. Current fuel surcharges are also added which does not help. These extra costs unfortuantely are passed on to ourselves and therefore to our customers.
Royal Mail could be cheaper but we have stopped using them sometime ago due to the large number of parcels that have gone missing over the years without a trace nor compensation from Royal Mail who can't be bothered to find missing items nor compensate their customers resulting in extra cost and disappointed customers.
DHL may not be cheap but they are reliable, have full traceabilty and on the very rare occasion an item goes missing or is damaged in transit it is either found or compensated.

Order and ultra fast deliveries unfortunately the parts do not correspond to my vehicle but it is not the fault of the site.
I will send the photos and ask for the wing so that they try to find me the parts corresponding to my requests.
