Heavy duty Ductile iron flanged liner (top hat flanged liner) - Ductile iron is an extremely heavy duty material which is used in high performance race engines including top fuel dragsters. This extremely robust material offers significantly higher strength in the critical flange area of the liner. Our design is unique in that it also incorporates a seal at the bottom of the liner. This type of liner is manufactured by Darton Sleeves exclusively for Turner Engineering and is not available elsewhere.

Shim kit to set the lifter preload. Lifter preload is the distance between the pushrod seat in the lifter and the circlip when the lifter is on the heel of the cam and the valve is closed. Not setting the lifter preload, could cause premature wear, or somthing to break. Also if preload is too high; your hydrocarbon reading will be too high to pass the MOT.
