Remanufactured cylinder block casting fitted with Ductile iron flanged liner * upgrade. Honed to standard size, new core plugs fitted - pressure tested, skimmed decks of block; line honed main bearing housings; new camshaft bearings fitted .

*Heavy duty Ductile iron flanged linered blocks (top hat flanged liners) - Ductile iron is an extremely heavy duty material which is used in high performance race engines including top fuel dragsters. This extremely robust material offers significantly higher strength in the critical flange area of the liner. Our design is unique in that it also incorporates a seal at the bottom of the liner. This type of liner is unique to Turner Engineering and not available elsewhere. Our confidence is such in this product line that we offer a three year warranty..

Other minimum parts required to build up your engine: big end bolt set (ERR 1772); head bolt set; gasket/seal kit top & bottom; piston ring set (STC 1427) plus other optional parts such as hydraulic lifters (ERC 4949); bearing sets (STC 1426; STC 4299) etc.

NOTE: The above includes a £ 200 core charge which is refundable upon return of an exchange unit suitable for remanufacture

How much does shipping to my destination cost

Shipping is calculated according to weight and size therefore you need to place your required items in the shopping basket, go to check out (no obligation to buy), fill in invoice/delivery information and the total will be calculated automatically according to the destination. You can then proceed to secure checkout if you wish complete your purchase.

I am outside the EU, do I pay VAT.

At checkout fill in the destination address and the invoice will automatically be calculated excluding VAT.

I am VAT registered in the EU, do I pay VAT.

At checkout you will have the opportunity to enter your VAT number which will zero rate the invoice automatically.

How long will my order take to arrive

Orders are despatched by courier the same or next working day dependent upon time of receipt of order. Transit time is dependent upon destination but generally between 24hrs and a couple of working days for more far flung destinations. .

Which head gasket type do I need, you offer different options (200/300TDI & TD5)

In the case where an engine has not been disturbed before the cylinder head gasket can be replaced with the same type. Head gaskets are marked with small holes which are visible on the side of the engine where the head gasket sticks out between the head and block casting.

Head gasket type is dependent upon piston heights (protrusion at top dead centre) If there is any doubt over head gasket type all piston heights should be measured and type fitted accordingly.
